Inilah menu saya untuk minggu ini.....tapi tercapai atau tidak saya mengikut menu ini....kita saksikanlah keputusannya di hujung minggu ini.
1st Day
Breakfast : oat + 1 apple
Lunch : Tong hoon soup (1/2 bowl) + steam chicken + 1 bowl steam vesetables
Dinner : Black soy milk + 1 bowl steam vegetables + steam taufoo
2nd Day
Breakfast : oat + papaya (small)
Lunch : All type of vegetables + mushroom + 1 corn
Dinner : Black soy milk + 1 banana + tomato
3rd Day
Breakfast : oat + 1 kiwi
Lunch : 1/2 bowl meehoon soup + more vegetables + 1 banana
Dinner : Black soy milk + 1 bowl steam vegetables
4th Day
Breakfast : oat + 5 prunes
Lunch : 1/2 kuehteow soup + more vegetables + 1 orange
Dinner : Black soy milk + steam fish + 1 raw cocumber
5th Day
Breakfast : oat + 5 strawberries
Lunch : Small bowl oat meal or porrige + 1 banana
Dinner : Black soy milk + 1 steam toufoo + vegetables
6th Day
Breakfast : oat + 1 orange
Lunch : 1/2 tong hoon soup + 1 bowl of vegetables
Dinner : Black soy milk + 1 bowl vegetables and fruits salad (yogurt as dressing)
7th Day
Breakfast : oat + appricots
Lunch : Fish porridge + egg + apple
Dinner : Black soy milk + no limit of vegetables
Snack: Fruits and water ( 3 liter/ day)

hari ke-3...masih bertahan tak makan nasik. tapi 1st day haritu, terkantoi pulut durian yg fazillah bawak. Makan skit la...

Hari ini kepala pening tak makan dan meeting sampai kul 4.30 so balik terpaksa pulun....
